Fire MR Board was installed throughout the building to give each auditorium a minimum of 60 minutes integrity against fire.

Project description
The £240 million regeneration of Bracknell town centre is one of the largest urban renewal projects in the UK. It comprises over one million square feet of development including the flagship ‘Lexicon’ complex –a new shopping and leisure destination for the town developed through a joint venture by Legal & General and Schroders.
The Lexicon includes a 12-screen Cineworld multiplex, a state-of-the-art immersive cinema with a 4DX screen that stimulates all five senses with special effects such as wind, water and smell. Siniat worked closely with project architects Chapman Taylor, main contractors Mace and drylining contractor Fireclad to develop a high-performance drylining system for this high-tech facility, providing expert advice throughout the eighteen-month build period.
