Forming part of the larger Baltimore Wharf regeneration project, Baltimore Tower comprises 330 new apartments and complementary leisure opportunities including a 25m pool, gym, sauna and large screen cinema room. Levels 43 to 45 will also include a bar, restaurant and brasserie which is open to the public.
Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, it is being developed by Galliard Homes with CJ O’Shea. PIB Contractors and OCL Facades are the appointed drylining contractors.
