MULTI-RESIDENTIAL

For those creating high specification, premium properties for sale, your drylining choices will help to:

• Maximise property value by releasing valuable floorspace by using a thinner profile, single layer partition system.
• Make your property more durable and adaptable for the future, ideal for buy-to-let investors
• Achieve superior acoustic performance.

SYSTEMS FOR MULTI-RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

FIRE PROTECTION AND SHAFTWALLS

Siniat’s Fire Board and systems meet current regulations – including Part B building regulations (fire) – providing essential protection between flats, common areas and inbuilt garages.

  • 60 minutes fire resistance from a 15mm single layer system
  • Twice the protection before the wall is breached compared to standard board
  • Achieves Part B building regulations (fire)
  • Suitable for stud partitions, wall lining and suspended ceiling systems

PARTITIONS

Our range of acoustic plasterboards offer performance level sound management used to help cut out noise between rooms and reduce vibrations. Easy to install to either walls or ceilings with minimum loss of space to your room, our boards are the perfect solution for a great night’s sleep.

  • Meets and exceeds Part E building regs
  • Up to 35% quieter than standard board
  • Cut out 49 Rw dB sound insulation from a 15mm single layer system
  • 30 minutes of fire resistance from a single board system

SUSPENDED CEILINGS

Siniat Floor and Ceiling systems are used to achieve acoustic and fire rated solutions for multi-residential projects. There are a large range of solutions available, from direct soffit application to the creation of full supporting frames, which can be built in large runs.

Floor and ceilings systems are typically required for:

  • Roofs and ceilings
  • Corridors
  • Entrance foyers
