We are pleased to announce that from January 1st, 2023, our GTEC brand will under-go a rolling change across to Siniat.
The purpose of this transition is to align the product brand globally. This change will enable us to obtain better brand recognition and recall of Siniat for your customers.
Preparations for the change have already begun, however due to the volume of GTEC collateral and products in the market we foresee this change being completed during the first half of 2023.
During the transition you’ll see changes in our, packaging, SKU descriptions, product literature, product print and product imagery.

Q) Why is Siniat dropping the GTEC references?
A) SINIAT is a Global brand: The purpose of this transition is to align the product brand globally. This enables us to serve our customers and earn their trust in the best conditions.
Q) When is the brand change taking place?
A) The transition across from GTEC to ‘Siniat’ will begin From January 2023. Due to the considerable number of GTEC collateral and products in the market we foresee this transition being completed later in the year.
Q) Will the brand change impact my everyday interactions with Sales/Customer services/Technical?
A) The re-branding will not change your day-to-day relationship with us. You will still be in touch with the same people. Our phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same.
Q) What does this mean for my warranty on GTEC products?
A) The re-brand will not have any impact to your current warranty. All products will remain identical it is just a naming convention. Moving forward, our warranties will be updated to reflect Siniat.
Q) Will there be any changes to my current pricing/terms agreements?
A) No. All current pricing and terms agreements will remain the same as the latest announcement. For further questions about your specific agreement, please contact your local Siniat sales representative.
Q ) Do I need to update any product codes/will ordering codes change?
A) No. All product codes/ordering codes will remain the same (as per the latest edition of the Siniat UK price list).
Q ) Will there be updated product collateral to support the change?
A) Yes. As we are removing GTEC, now would be a great opportunity for you to refresh your website with the correct product images and supporting product collateral.
